Gloucester400+ Event Proposal

Request for Preliminary Information

If your organization is thinking about or planning for an event in 2022 or 2023 to commemorate Gloucester 400+™, please complete the following information for the Review Team to review and approve, identify appropriate support, facilitate coordination, and develop the master calendar. As planning progresses, please update the information periodically.

Gloucester400+ Logo: Approved and endorsed events will require a fully executed Organizational Partnership Agreement for use of the Gloucester400+ trademarked logo which must be used in co-branding the event.

Marketing and Promotion of Event: Approved and endorsed events will be:

  • promoted through the Gloucester400+ website and calendar of events.
  • additional promotion will occur, at the discretion of the Committee, through media publications, social media, and other outlets.

Marketing and Promotion of Gloucester400+: Approved and endorsed events will be required to display a Gloucester400+ banner or sign and allow for the set-up of a Gloucester400+ tent or table.

Merchandise: Organizations/Groups of approved and endorsed events that want to offer merchandise with a Gloucester400+ trademarked logo must follow the Gloucester400+ standards and purchase said merchandise through Jungle, Inc. in Essex under the Gloucester400+/Jungle, Inc. agreement.

Insurance: All approved and endorsed events must be covered by liability insurance. Organizers of all proposed events are required to provide their own liability insurance naming Gloucester Celebration Corp. as an additional insured. The required insurance is $1,000,000 per person; $2,000,000 per occurrence.
